By accessing or using RELIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

RELIQ is a relationship intelligence assessment service that provides personalized insights about relationship processing patterns. RELIQ is an educational and self-understanding tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RELIQ. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Purchase

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use
• Assessment access is granted to the individual whose email is used at purchase

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not started the assessment. Once the assessment has been started or completed, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered.

5. Couples Assessment

When purchasing a Couples Assessment:

• You confirm you have permission to provide your partner's email address
• Both parties must complete the assessment for the merged report to be generated
• Either party may unlink the couple connection at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, and materials in RELIQ are the property of Advanced Learning Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

RELIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on your assessment results. RELIQ does not diagnose mental health conditions or relationship disorders.

8. Disclaimer

Assessment results reflect patterns based on your responses at the time of assessment. Patterns change over time. Results should be used for self-reflection and personal growth, not as definitive judgments about yourself or your relationships.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
